The third Wittelsbach who still left his mark to the Group was Louis I, king of Bavaria from 1825 to 1848. Louis prepared and created modern day Munich, and his architects recognized town’s characteristic overall look in the general public structures they intended. The nineteenth century was Munich’s biggest duration of growth and advancement.
